Cheese Rolls

In Brazil, "cheese rolls" are very famous and I have a successful recipe that can be prepared in a blender and baked in mini muffin baking pans. I have also tried putting some fillings in the rolls, but it is not necessary.

Cheese Rolls Recipe

(Makes 24 units)

Ingredients:

1 cup 6-cheese Italian (or Parmesan)
1 cup sour starch
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease mini muffin pans.

Mix all ingredients in the blender and pour them into the mini muffin baking pans.

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

Enjoy!

These rolls are great!

Thanks for sharing your cheese rolls recipe. This recipe is so easy and the rolls taste yummy! I made the rolls using potato starch - very interesting texture. I wasn't sure how they would turn out, but they turned out great! My sons even enjoyed them. You're right, these rolls don't need any filling. These rolls would be great to make as appetizers for Holiday gatherings or festive parties with friends.
