Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Here is the easy pumpkin bread recipe you've been looking for. Now, all you have to do is make it and share it with your family and friends. You can also add nuts to this recipe if you desire.


Ingredients:

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
2 cups pumpkin (1-16 oz can)
2/3 cup oil


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 loaf pans.

Stir together flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt and cloves in large mixing bowl. Lightly beat eggs. Beat in pumpkin and oil. Add to flour mixture, stirring just to combine. Spoon into greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Batter will be stiff.

Bake at 350°F for 55-60 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely and wrap.

Tip: This bread freezes well.

Yield: 2 loaves
