This Orange Marmalade French Toast Casserole is a great dish to serve for a special brunch.
| 6 to 8 slices sourdough or egg bread |
| 6 eggs |
| 2 cups heavy cream |
| 1 cup orange marmalade |
| 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg |
| 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves |
| 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger |
Topping |
| 1/4 cup butter, softened |
| 1/2 cup brown sugar |
Makes: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Chill Time: 8 hours or overnight
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Stand Time: 10 minutes
Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange bread, overlapping slices to cover bottom of pan.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly; pour over bread. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
