I am a single 51 yr old female. I am a Certified Nurses Assistant by trade and it is my life. I love to cook, yet I've no one to cook for but me so I share my cooking expriences on my blog.

I do not focus on any special type of bread. I like a challenge.

What is your favorite bread to make and why?

I have a batter bread recipe that I like to make when I am in a hurry or I want to make some rolls for dinner.
