Ingredients:
1 package (8 1/2 ounces) corn muffin mix
1 can (4 ounces) green chiles, drained
1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
Lightly grease or line 8 muffin cups with paper baking cups; set aside.
Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package. Stir chiles and chili powder into batter. Spoon batter into prepared muffins cups, filling each cup two-thirds full. Half-fill empty muffin cups with water.
Bake as directed on package. Serve warm.
