Beer Bread with Sesame

I live in Japan and make this bread with a Japanese Panasonic breadmaker. It makes a loaf weighing 400 gm (14 oz).

Beer Bread with Sesame

Ingredients:
200 gms (7 oz) white flour
50 gms (2 oz) wholemeal flour
1 tbs milk powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs olive oil
2 – 3 tbs white sesame seeds
180 ml (6 fl oz) beer (I prefer a dark beer)
1 tsp yeast

Directions:
Add the ingredients in the order recommended by the manufacturer. It makes a loaf with a crisp crust, medium brown texture and delicious yeasty flavor. Better than any store-bought loaf!
