BYOB: January 2011 Roundup

Bake Your Own Bread (BYOB) is a yearlong adventure in baking bread.  The idea behind BYOB is to bake your own bread and other baked goods as much as possible rather than buying them at the market or bakery.

If you would like to participate in BYOB in 2011, click here for details.

Here is a list of the breads and other baked goods the BYOB Bakers made in December 2010.  I love Holiday baking and from the looks of all of these beautiful and delicious baked goods so do the other BYOB bakers.

Grab a cup of coffee or tea or your beverage of choice and enjoy these wonderful baked delights!

Heather of girlichef starts us off with an assortment of delicious breads and other delicious baked goods.  Everything looks so good!  I bet her taste testers stay happy.

Wow those look AWESOME!! I’m kind of new at this, are there some that are relatively quick/easy for us beginners (and especially us beginners who are also medical students on the side lol)??
