Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on November 15th ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; however, the return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant error or Amazon error (for items fulfilled by Amazon).
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the payment gateway used (either PayPal or Amazon). You will receive the payment within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment gateway’s policies.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
Requesting a Refund
If you would like to request a refund, please email us at (info /at/ breadexperience.com) and include your original receipt – this receipt is not a payment receipt from PayPal.com or Amazon Payments, it’s the receipt from breadexperience.com directly. You should see the “order number” prominently displayed at the top of the receipt.
Once we receive your request, we will send instructions on how to return the item for a refund.
We would also appreciate any feedback on how our products did not meet your needs or expectations.
