It’s Day #27 in the BBA Challenge and we’re making Portuguese Sweet Bread, is made from flavorful, enriched dough that reminds me of baking Holiday cookies because of the citrus flavorings. Poolish Baguettes: BBA
Moving right along… It’s Day #26 in the Bread Baker’s Apprentice Challenge and we’re making Poolish Baguettes. As the name implies, these baguettes are made with an overnight poolish.
