Here is a quick recipe for French Vanilla Toast. This is a delicious way to use some of your leftover bread.
French Vanilla French Toast
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon 100% Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
6 slices Bread
Directions:
Makes: 6 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and brown each side in skillet. Serve with maple syrup.
